This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (“you” or “User”) and YokeBox (“YokeBox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the YokeBox website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the registration information you provide is accurate and complete.
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, YokeBox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant YokeBox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and to understand how the Service is used. By accepting this Agreement during registration, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. You may control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. YokeBox does not sell your personal information.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos (excluding User Content), is owned by YokeBox or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOKEBOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the version number and effective date above and, where appropriate, ask you to re-accept. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
